The three most useful tools for a math educator to utilize online would include a tool for communication, data storage, and interactive learning games. Listed above are numerous tools available online for educators to use to accomplish these tasks. 

Students need guidance on how to locate reputable sources. Educators need to teach the importance of which sites are acceptable and how to research to find additional sources stating the same information. Teachers can teach students strategies during class and have the teacher think aloud how he or she determines the validity of the information. 

Teachers should always create with the students a list of online behavior expectations, including when and how to utilize web resources and what sites can be trusted.
